- Introduction
Welcome to the Comilmart Affiliate Program. By enrolling in this program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your participation and establish the rights and obligations between you (the “Affiliate”) and Comilmart.
- Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals or businesses with established platforms capable of promoting Comilmart’s products or services.
Affiliates must be 18 years or older and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their region.
Comilmart reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
- Enrollment Process
Prospective affiliates must complete the application form available on Comilmart’s website. Approval is at the sole discretion of Comilmart
Upon approval, you will receive access to your unique affiliate ID, tracking links, and promotional materials.
You must accurately provide all required information during registration.
- Affiliate Responsibilities
Promote Comilmart’s products/services honestly and ethically through authorized methods such as websites, blogs, email campaigns, or social media platforms.
Avoid misleading advertisements or false claims about Comilmart or its products/services.
Do not use spam or unauthorized paid search campaigns to drive traffic.
Maintain compliance with copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws when using Comilmart’s marketing materials.
- Prohibited Practices
Affiliates are strictly forbidden from:
Using unethical or misleading methods of promotion.
Posting offensive or inappropriate content while promoting the program.
Engaging in activities like “cookie stuffing,” “link hijacking,” or unauthorized deep-linking.
Promoting products through websites or platforms that include illegal content.
Violating user privacy by collecting personal data without consent.
- Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn 2% commission percentage for each qualifying purchase made through their unique affiliate links.
Commission rates may vary based on the product category or promotional campaign.
Refunds or returns will void any associated commissions.
- Payment Terms
Payments will be processed monthly, provided the Affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold of N50,000.
Affiliates must provide valid bank account information or PayPal details to receive payments.
Commissions are subject to deductions for any fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
- Refunds and Chargebacks
Commissions from refunded or canceled transactions will be deducted from the affiliate’s account.
- Tracking and Reporting
Affiliates can monitor clicks, conversions, and earnings through the dashboard provided by Comilmart.
Comilmart employs robust tracking tools, but it shall not be liable for any lost commissions due to tracking errors.
- Termination
Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Comilmart in writing.
Comilmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of these terms.
Any outstanding commissions will be forfeited in case of termination due to misconduct.
- Intellectual Property Rights
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Comilmart’s trademarks, banners, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of this program.
Unauthorized use of Comilmart’s intellectual property is prohibited.
- Restrictions on Paid Search Campaigns
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Comilmart branded keywords or using them in ad copy without prior approval
- Liability and Indemnification
Comilmart is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.
Affiliates agree to indemnify Comilmart against claims resulting from their promotional activities.
- Affiliate Account Responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and security of their login credentials and account details.
- Content Ownership
All content provided by affiliates must be original or properly licensed. Affiliates are liable for any copyright violations.
- Non-Competitive Conduct
Affiliates must not engage in competitive practices that undermine Comilmart name, such as promoting rival brands.
- Prohibited Activities
Cookie stuffing, link hijacking, and other fraudulent practices are grounds for immediate termination.
- Communication and Updates
Comilmart reserves the right to communicate program changes, updates, or other information via email.
- Use of Personal Data
Affiliates agree that their personal data may be processed for the purposes of program management and communication, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Disclaimer
Comilmart does not guarantee earnings, sales, or success in the affiliate program. Results depend on affiliate effort and audience engagement.
- Confidentiality
Affiliates must treat all information related to the affiliate program as confidential and avoid sharing it with third parties without prior approval.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the courts in Nigeria.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
Comilmart reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or the affiliate portal. Continued participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
