Wholesale vs Retail: Choosing Between Comilmart B2B and B2C

Comilmart has two sides. Wholesale (B2B) is for buying in bulk from manufacturers and suppliers. Retail (B2C) is for everyday shopping from vendors. You can use the switch at the top of the site, or the Wholesale and Retail tabs in the bottom bar on mobile, to move between them.

Wholesale (B2B)

  • Products show a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and often tiered pricing, where the unit price drops as quantity rises.
  • You can browse everything at Browse all products, or look for companies in the supplier directory.
  • You can chat with the supplier, make an offer, order a sample, or send a request for quotation.

Retail (B2C)

  • Products are priced per item and you check out like an ordinary online shop.
  • The full catalogue is at the retail shop, with filters for price, category and same-day delivery.
  • Gift cards can be used on the retail side only.

Which should I use?

If you are buying stock for resale, materials for production or large quantities, start with Wholesale. If you are buying for yourself, a household or a small office, start with Retail. See Getting Started as a Buyer for the first steps.
