Getting Started as a Buyer on Comilmart

Welcome to Comilmart. Whether you're sourcing products wholesale for your business or shopping retail for yourself, here's how to get oriented.

Two ways to shop

Comilmart has two sides: the wholesale marketplace, for buying in bulk directly from manufacturers, and the retail marketplace, for buying single items like a regular online store. You can switch between the two anytime using the "Switch to Wholesale" / "Switch to Retail" toggle near the top of the site.

Creating your account

Sign up with your email, and you'll be set up as a buyer automatically — no special application needed for buyer accounts. Suppliers and vendors go through a separate verification process before they can sell.

Finding what you need

• Search — use the search bar at the top, or search by image if you have a photo of what you're looking for
• Categories — browse by category if you're not sure exactly what to search for
• Request a Quote — if you know what you want but can't find an exact match, describe it and get quotes back from verified suppliers

Once you find a product

On a wholesale listing, you'll usually see a few options: request a quote, make a direct price offer, order a small paid sample first, or chat directly with the supplier. On a retail listing, it's a straightforward add-to-cart and checkout.

Buyer protection

Your payment is held securely until your order is confirmed delivered — this protects you if something doesn't arrive as described. You can read more on our Buyer Protection page.
