Payment Methods on Comilmart

Comilmart supports several ways to pay. Which ones you see depends on your location, the currency and the type of order, so the checkout page always shows what is available to you.

• Card and online payments through payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Paystack and Flutterwave.
• Mobile money where available.
• Your Comilmart wallet balance.

Is my payment safe?

Card details are handled by the payment providers. Money for orders paid on the platform is held until you confirm delivery, as explained in How Buyer Protection Actually Works.

If a payment fails

• Check that your card or mobile money account has enough balance and is enabled for online payments.
• Try another method on the checkout page.
• If you were charged but the order did not go through, contact support with the order number and the payment reference.
