Gift Cards: How to Buy and Redeem Them

A Comilmart gift card is a good present for someone who shops on the retail side of the marketplace.

Buying a gift card

1. Go to the gift card page.
2. Pick an amount from the presets, or enter your own between $5 and $1,000.
3. Enter the recipient's email and name. You can add your own name and a gift message.
4. Choose a payment method and pay. Cash on delivery is not available for gift cards.

Once payment is confirmed, the card is activated and the code is emailed to the recipient. Codes look like CMGC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. If payment is not completed, no usable code is sent.

Redeeming a gift card

1. Add retail items to your cart and go to checkout.
2. Enter the code in the gift card box and apply it.
3. The card covers as much of the order as its balance allows. If it covers everything, you do not need another payment method. If not, you pay the remainder.

Good to know

• You can use one gift card code at a time on an order.
• Any unused balance stays on the card for next time.
• Gift cards work on retail (B2C) orders only, and cannot be combined with cash on delivery.
• Keep the code private. Anyone with the code can spend the balance.
