Seller Rules, Performance Targets and the Three-Strike Policy
These rules keep the marketplace fair for buyers and honest sellers. The full text is in the Seller Policy; this is a plain summary.
What sellers are expected to do
- Confirm, process and ship orders within 24 to 72 hours.
- Package and label orders properly, give tracking details where available, and tell buyers promptly about delays or stock-outs.
- Accept valid returns for defective, incorrect or damaged items.
- Keep buyer data confidential and communicate through official Comilmart channels.
Performance targets
| Measure | Target |
|---|---|
| Order fulfilment rate | 95% or higher |
| On-time shipping | 90% or higher |
| Product accuracy | 98% or higher |
| Customer rating | 4.5 stars or higher |
Penalties
- Counterfeit or prohibited goods: a fine and delisting.
- Repeated late shipment (three or more times): account warning.
- False product descriptions: the product is delisted.
- Fake reviews or manipulated ratings: account suspension.
- Harassment of buyers: permanent ban.
Repeated violations follow a three-strike path from warning to suspension to termination. Dormant accounts are also reviewed under the inactivity policy, so keep your store active.
