Understanding Payouts and Getting Paid

Here's exactly how and when you actually receive money for orders sold on Comilmart.

The basic flow

When a buyer pays for an order, that payment doesn't go straight to you — it's held by Comilmart. Once the order is marked delivered, a holding period begins. After that period passes without a refund request, the payout releases to you, minus Comilmart's commission.

Where to check your payouts

Go to Payouts in your dashboard (owner access only — this page isn't visible to invited team members). You'll see your pending (held) total, your total paid out, and a full history of every order's payout status.

Setting up your bank details

Add your bank details on the same Payouts page. This only needs to be done once, though you can update it anytime.

If a buyer requests a refund

If a buyer has a genuine issue with their order, they can request a refund during the holding period. This pauses the payout for that order until the situation is resolved.

Why the holding period exists

It's the same mechanism behind buyer protection — giving buyers a real window to report a problem is what makes the protection meaningful, and it protects you too by giving both sides time to resolve any misunderstanding before money changes hands permanently.
