Getting Started as a Supplier on Comilmart

Here's what to expect from your first days as a supplier on Comilmart, from registration through your first listing.

1. Apply and get verified

Supplier accounts go through a Know Your Supplier (KYS) review before you can start selling. You'll submit your business details, and — importantly — declare which product categories you supply. This declaration is what determines which buyer quote requests you'll be notified about, so take a moment to select every category that genuinely applies to your business.

2. Complete your company profile

Once approved, complete your full company profile — mission, sample product images, and other details. Your profile can't be skipped: it's what buyers see when they click into "Know Your Manufacturer" on any of your listings, and it directly affects how much they trust you enough to order.

3. Create your first listing

Go to your dashboard and click "New listing." Fill in pricing (including quantity price tiers if you offer bulk discounts), minimum order quantity, lead times, and — if applicable — certifications for the product. The more complete your listing, the more buyer trust it earns.

4. Check your Inbox regularly

Your dashboard Inbox brings together everything a buyer might send you: quote requests matching your declared categories, the full RFQ board (every open request across all categories, in case you want to branch out), and direct price offers buyers make on your listings. Respond promptly — your response rate and speed are tracked and shown to buyers.

5. Know your subscription plan

Your plan tier determines how many quotes and offer responses you can submit per month. This count is shared between RFQ quotations and offer responses — check your usage anytime on the Subscription page, and upgrade if you're consistently hitting your limit.
