Leaving a review

After an order is completed, you can leave a rating and comment on both the product and the seller. Verified reviews are tied to an actual completed order, which is what makes the "verified" label meaningful — you can't leave a product review without having actually bought it.

Chat ratings vs. product reviews

These are two different things. A verified product review reflects your experience with an actual purchase. A chat rating (given when you end a conversation) reflects just the chat interaction itself, and is shown separately — this keeps the "verified" review label trustworthy, since it isn't diluted by ratings from people who never actually bought anything.

Reading reviews before you buy

Check a product's review count and average rating on its listing page, and a seller's overall store rating on their company profile. Combined with their performance stats (response rate, on-time dispatch rate), this gives you a genuinely useful picture before committing to an order.
