Shipping and Fulfilment: What Vendors Need to Know
Fast, reliable delivery is the biggest driver of good reviews. Here is what is expected of you as a vendor.
Who arranges delivery?
At present, shipping is coordinated directly between you and the buyer through the order details and chat. Comilmart does not collect or deliver the goods for you. Integrated logistics partner tracking is planned.
Your responsibilities
- Confirm, process and ship orders within 24 to 72 hours.
- Package safely and label the parcel clearly with the order details.
- Share tracking or delivery details with the buyer where you have them.
- Tell the buyer at once about any delay or stock-out.
Target delivery times
As a guide, local delivery should take 1 to 3 business days and regional delivery 3 to 14 business days.
When you get paid
Payment is held until the buyer confirms delivery, then released to you. See Understanding Payouts and Getting Paid. Late or missed shipments can lead to order cancellation, delisting or account suspension.
Returns
Valid returns for defective, wrong or damaged items must be accepted. Read the Return and Refund Policy and Buyer Protection Policy, and see Getting Started as a Vendor.
