At Comilmart, each vendor operates independently and may have their own Return & Refund Policy. We encourage customers to review the individual vendor’s policy before making a purchase.
Where applicable, you have the right to request a cancellation or return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
The 7-day cancellation period begins on the date you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the delivery carrier), takes possession of the goods.

While we assist in resolving disputes and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies, the final approval of returns and refunds is subject to the applicable vendor’s Return & Refund Policy and Comilmart’s Marketplace Terms & Conditions.
